SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped by DHL.
Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (from Monday to Friday), excluding national and local holidays and shipping methods such as Saturday Delivery when available.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided. Tracking number will be displayed on the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive as soon as the order leaves our DC.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your parcel.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our DC and the order amount will be refunded on the original payment method.
